<br /> AN ORUINANCE AIAENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
<br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BUUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
<br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY
<br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1 (MF-1) AND SPECIFIC USE
<br /> PERMITS-INSTITUTIONS OF RELIGIOUS OR PHILANTHROPIC NATURE (24)
<br /> AND DAY CAkE CENTER (25) ON LOTS 6, 7 and 8, CITY BLOCK 151, ON
<br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHANCE, INC., SC1 AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
<br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING
<br /> DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING T'HE BOUNDARIES OF THE
<br /> MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRIGT N0. 1(MF-1) AND SPECIFIC USE
<br /> PERMITS-INSTITUTIONS OF RELIGIOUS GR PHILANTHROPIC NATURE (24)
<br /> AND DAY CARE CENTER (25) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YARIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
<br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br /> MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) AND SPECIFIC USE
<br /> PERMITS-INSTITUTIONS OF RELI(7IOUS OR PHILANTHROPIC NATURE (24)
<br /> AND DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same is hereby established
<br /> on LOTS 6, 7 and 8, CITY BLOCK 151, on property belar,ging to
<br /> CHANCE, INC., so as to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING
<br /> DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) AND SPECIFIC USE PEKMITS-INSTITUTIONS OF
<br /> RELIGIOUS OR PHILANTHROPIC NA.TURE (24) AND DAY CARE CENTER (25)
<br /> the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is
<br /> presently designated as a Mi1LTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1
<br /> (MF-1), and that the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING
<br /> DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMITS-INSTITUTIONS OF
<br /> RELIGIOUS OR PHILANTHROPIC NATURE (24) AND DAY CARE CENTER (25),
<br /> be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits ot the City
<br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
<br /> being Lots 6, 7 and 8, City Block 151 in the City of
<br /> Paris, Lamar County, Texas, located at 681 7th Street
<br /> S.W., and more particularly described as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the East Boundary
<br /> Line of 7th Street S.W. with the North Boundary Line of
<br /> West Washington Street, said point being the Southwest
<br /> corner of said Lot 8, City Block 151;
<br /> THENCE North with the East Boundary Line of 7th
<br /> Street S.W., a distance of 332 feet to a point, the
<br /> Northwest corner of said Lot 6, City Block 151;
<br /> THENCE East a distance of 303 feet to a point in
<br /> the West Boundary Line of 6th Street S.W., said point
<br /> being the Northeast corner of said Lot 6, City Block
<br /> 151;
<br /> THENCE West a distance of 133 feet to a point, the
<br /> northeast corner of said Lot 7, City Block 151;
<br /> THENCE South a distance of 231 feet to a point in
<br /> the North Boundary Line of West Washingtori Street, the
<br /> Southeast corner of said Lot;
<br /> THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of West
<br /> Washington Street, 163 feet to the place of beginning.
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
<br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
<br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
<br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
<br /> and in accordance with the provisiors of this ordinance.
<br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br /> Section 4. This ordinaizce shall become effective
<br /> immediately upon passage.
