November, 1991, the Committee listed the structures involved and introduced pictures of the various portions of the struc- tures and various portions of the premises involved and a list of discrepancies in the structures lacated thereon. That the Committee found that each of the hereinafter listed structures was in such state ot deterioration and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property, and that each of said buildings was dilapidated and dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures to life and property. That the owners of the property appeared before the Committee and requested time to repair the structures or the Committee tound that the structures could be repaired.
