That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> ONE FAriILY DWELLIrdG DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT <br /> - MOBILE HOME (39) FOR THE RESIDENCE OF BARBARA HARPER, be, and <br /> the same is hereby established on LGT 9, BLOCK 9, GIBBONS-BRADEN <br /> ADDITION, on property belonging to JOHNNIE HORTON, so as to <br /> include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) FOR THE RESIDENCE OF <br /> BARBARA HARPER ttie hereinafter described property, which was <br /> formerly and is presently designated as a TWO F'AMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY <br /> BWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE <br /> HONIE (39) FOR THE RESIDENCE UF BARBARA HARPER, be, and the same <br /> are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being Lot 9, Block 9, Gibbons-Braden Addition located <br /> at 1222 16th Street S.E. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map af the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Specific Use Perffiit herein granted expires when <br /> the property is rio longer used as a residence for Barbara Harper, <br /> at which time the zoning upon the above described property shall <br /> be ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3). <br /> Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 5.
