Mr. Fulton said they would be planting cedar trees on top of the <br />berm. Member Wilson questioned the height of the trees being tall enough so that it wasn't <br />visible from the highway. Mr. Fulton said the highway sits lower and you should not be able <br />to see much of it. <br /> <br />Council Gary Vest, Paris Economic Development Corporation, spoke in support of <br />this item. Ray Banks, 3450 Robin Road, wanted to know if there would be any chance of <br />flying metal. Mr. Fulton said there was no chance, because the machine had guards. <br /> <br />Mayor Fendley asked for anyone speaking against this item to do so.
