ORDINANCE N0. 92-014 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) ON LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 235-A, ON PKOPERTY BELONGING TO TOBY YODER, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDtiRIES OF THE LIUHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT URDAINED BY THE CITY CUUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Yaris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 235-A, on property belonging to TOBY YODER, so as to include in such LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAr1ILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. s (SF-3) AND NEIGHBORHOOD SER'VICE DISTRICT (NS), and that the boundaries of said LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 5, City Block 235-A in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the East Boundary Line af NW 19th Street, said point being North 162 feet from the North Boundary Line of Henderson Street and said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 5, City Block 235-A; THENCE North, with the East Boundary Line of NW 19th, 70 feet to a point, the Northwest corner of said Lot 5; THENCE East, 225 feet to a point tor corner; THENCE North, 80 feet ta a point for corner; THENCE East, 390 feet to a point, the Northeast corner of said Lot 5; THENCE South, 200 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of said Lot 5; THENCE West, 305 feet tu a point for corner; THENCE North, 50 feet to a point for corner; THENCE West, 300 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This or.dinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
