ORDINANCE N0. 92-015 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) ON LOTS 6, 7 and 8, BLOCK 4, SPRINGLAKE ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MARSHALL MORAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FURMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) ANll SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 6, % and 8, BLOCK 4, SPRINGLAKE ADDITION, on property belonging to MARSHALL MORAN, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE YERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a GNE FAMILY UWELLING DISTRICT NU. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND S1'ECIFIC USE PERMIT - DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 4, Springlake Addition, lacated at 2810 East Cherry Street. Section L. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of April, 1992.
