ORDINANCE NU. 92-018 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING TIiE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LUT l, BLOCK 3, LOCUST HILL ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO HELEN FRANKS, SO AS TO TNCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTP.ICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC liSE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the bcundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is hereby established on LUT l, BLOCK 3, LOCUST HILL ADDITION, on property belonging to HELEN FRANKS, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO F'AMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3 (SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits ot the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 1, Block 3, Lacust Hill Addition, located at 531 Brown Avenue. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressiy repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
