RIDENS' FAMILY USAGE ON LOT 6, BLOCK 5, <br /> SNIITH lst ADDITION, ON PROPER.TY BELONGING TO CHARLES R. RIDENS, <br /> SO AS TU INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMTT-MOBILE HOME (39) RESTRICTED TO CHARLES R. <br /> RIDENS' FAMILY USAGE SO ESTABL,ISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING UISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERriIT-NIUBILE HOME (39) RESTRICTED TO CHARLES R. RIDENS' FAMILY <br /> USAGE, be, ancâ–º the same is hereby established on LOT 6, BLOCK 5, <br /> SMITH lst ADDITION, on property belonging to CHARLES R. RIDENS, <br /> so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3 <br /> (SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) RESTRICTED TO <br /> CHARLES R. RIUENS' FAMILY USAGE the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NU. 3(SF-3), and that the boundaries of <br /> said ONE FAr1ILY DWELLING DIST'RICT NQ. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) RESTRICTED TO CHARLES R. RIDENS' FAMILY <br /> USAGE, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being Lot 6, Block 5, Smith lst Addition located at <br /> 1580 llth Street N.W. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordatYCe with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this orcfinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
