AUTOMOBILE BURGLARY Ft THEFT PREVENTION AUTHORITY form ABTPA-104 <br />(oiii2) <br />SCHEDULE C TRAVEL NARRATIVE <br />REQUIRED NARRATIVE: Briefiy describe the applicant's travel policy (i.e., mileage rates and per diem <br />rates). Specify purposes for each item of travel. Break out costs of each in-state and each out-of-state <br />trip to separately show the specific costs of transportation and per diem. Describe travel purposes and <br />expense calculations (example: purpose, number of participants, number of days/nights, costs for <br />lodging/per diem, transportation, parking, etc. <br />The travel policy for the City of Paris, which will be the policy of the Northeast Texas ATTF, is as follows: <br />Mileage: $0.55 per mile <br />Per Diem: $39.00 -$59.00 per day depending on the city, as allowed by the IRS <br />We plan to send at least one (1) officer, probably the Project Manager, and the Detective representing the Lamar County Sheriff s <br />Department, to the Grant Workshop in Austin. We project it to cost approximately $1000.00. <br />We plan to send at least (1)one officer to the Quarterly ABTPA Board Meetings and grant workshop at a cost of $1000.00. We plan to <br />send (3) three Detectives to the TAVTI Conference in EI Paso, Texas at a cost of $2500.00. <br />Finally we plan to send all (3) three Detectives to the ABTPA Conference in June 2013 at a projected cost of $3500.00 <br />ABTPA-11 of 31 <br />
