ORDINANCE N0. 92-025 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 UF THE CiTY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FAriILY DWELLING DISTRICT (ZF) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-DAY CARE CENTER (25) ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 227-D, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DEBRA USRY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DIS'TRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRIC'1' (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-DAY CARE CENTER (25) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINEll BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the 'Loning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the saffie is hereby established on LGT 4, CITY BLOCK 227-D, on property belonging to DEBRA USRY, so as to include in such TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTkICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-DAY CARE CENTER (25) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is preseritly designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 4, City Block 227-D in the City ot Paris, Lamar County, Texas and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the North Boundary Line of East Cherry Street, said point being 130 feet West of the west Boundary Line of N.E. 20th Street and being the Southeast corner of said Lot 4, City Block 227-D; THENCE West, 75 feet along the North Boundary Line of East Cherry Street to a point, the Southwest corner of said Lot 4; THENCE North, 185 feet to a point, the Northwest corner of said Lot 4; THENCE East, 75 feet to a point, the Northeast corner of said Lot 4; THENCE East, 75 feet to a poir,t, the Northeast corner of said Lot 4; THENCE South, 185 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoriing Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective ima►ediately upon passage.
