<br /> AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AN ALLEY BEGINNING AT A POINT IN
<br /> THE SOU'TH BOUNDARY LINE OF PARIS BOULEVARD AND THE NORTHEAST
<br /> CORNER OF LOT 12, BLOCK 4, NEAGLE ADDITION; THENCE SOUTH 300
<br /> FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF LOTS 12, 11, 10, 9, 8
<br /> and 7 OF BLOCK 4, NEAGLE ADDITION, TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
<br /> SAID LOT 7, BLOCK 4; THENCE EAST WITH THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE
<br /> OF NEAGLE AVENUE 60 FEET TU THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 6,
<br /> BLOCK 5, NEAGLE AllDITION; THENCE NORTH 300 FEET ALONG THE
<br /> WEST BOUNDARY LINE'S OF LOTS 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 AND 1 OF BLOCK 5,
<br /> NEAGLE ADDITION TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1; ALSO
<br /> BEING IN THE SOUT'H BOUNDARY LINE OF PARIS BOULEVARD; THENCE
<br /> WEST 60 FEET WITH THE SAID SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE TO THE PLACE
<br /> OF BEGINNING; DECLARING NO NECESSITY OR NEED OF SAID ALLEY
<br /> FOR CITY USE OTHER THAN FOR A UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT,
<br /> WHICH IS EXPRESSLY RETAINED BY THE CITY OF PARIS; AND
<br /> PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST l, 1992.
<br /> WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the
<br /> City Council of the City of Paris, that an alley beginning at
<br /> a point in the South Boundary Line of Paris Boulevard and the
<br /> Northeast Corner of Lot 12, Block 4, Neagle Addition; Thence
<br /> South 300 feet along the East Boundary Line of Lots 12, 11,
<br /> 10, 9, 8 and 7, Block 4, Neagle Addition, to the Southeast
<br /> corner of said Lot 7, Block 4; Thence North 300 feet along
<br /> the West Boundary Line's of Lots 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 of Block
<br /> 5, Neagle Addition to the Northwest corner of said Lot l;
<br /> also being in the South Boundary Line of Paris Boulevard;
<br /> Thence West 60 feet with the said South Boundary Line to the
<br /> place of beginning, is of no use as an alley to the City of
<br /> Paris or to its citizens, but is of use and necessary to the
<br /> City of Paris and its citizens for utility easement purposes,
<br /> and the City Council so finds; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:
<br /> Section l. That an alley beginning at a point in the
<br /> South Boundary Line of Paris Boulevard and the Northeast
<br /> Corner of Lot 12, Block 4, Neagle Addition; Thence South 300
<br /> feet along the East Boundary Line of Lots 12, 11, 10, 9, 8
<br /> and 7, Block 4, Neagle Addition, to the Southeast corner of
<br /> said Lot 7, Block 4; Thence North 300 feet along the West
<br /> Boundary Line's of Lots 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 of Block 5,
<br /> Neagle Addition to the Northwest corner of said Lot l; also
<br /> being in the South Boundary Line of Paris Boulevard; Thence
<br /> West 60 feet with the said South Boundary Line to the place
<br /> of beginning, is hereby closed, with the City of Paris
<br /> retaining a utility and drainage easement.
<br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective on
<br /> August 1, 1992.
<br /> Passed and adopted this 13th day of July, 1992.
