<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 92-034 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br /> PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE <br /> AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC CON'TROL MAP ADOPTED IN <br /> PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A <br /> PENALTY NOT TU EXCEED $200.00; KEPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR <br /> PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER 1, 1992. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the Traffic Control Map adopted in <br /> Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of <br /> the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to remove the <br /> following stop signs: <br /> "On the un-named alley intersecting the 3200 block <br /> of Mahaftey Street. <br /> On the un-named alley intersecting the 3200 block <br /> of Clark Lane." <br /> <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions <br /> of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemearior, and upon <br /> conviction sha11 be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
