<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 92-035 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br /> PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF URDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE <br /> Ar1ENDED BY REVISING THE TKAFFIC CONTROL MAP ADOPTED IN <br /> PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; E5TABLISHING A <br /> LEFT TURN ONLY LANE; PROVIllING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED <br /> $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br /> CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF <br /> OCTOBER 1, 1992. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the Traffic Control Map adopted in <br /> Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of <br /> the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the <br /> following left turn only lane: <br /> "On the inside, Eastbound lane of Graham Street at <br /> North Main Street." <br /> <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions <br /> of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon <br /> conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
