<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 92-047 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING <br /> T'HAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE ANIENDED BY <br /> REVISING PARAGRAPH (b), SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR <br /> NO THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC; PROVIDING FOR A PENALT'Y NOT TO EXCEED <br /> $200.00; REPEALING ALL URDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br /> CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVID:ING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF OCTOBER <br /> 1, 1992. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'CY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the T'raffic Control Map adopted in <br /> Paragraph (b), Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br /> City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following <br /> No Through Truck Trattic: <br /> "On Brown Avenue from ist Street S.W. to 3rd <br /> Street S.W." <br /> Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of <br /> this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon <br /> conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
