<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. g2_05p <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT <br /> DAY CARE CENTER (25) ON LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 227-E, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO DEIDRE KINCAID, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAr1ILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT (2F'); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF <br /> THE TWO FANIILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ANll SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT UAY CARE CENTER (25) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC <br /> USE PERMIT DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOT 12, CITY BLOCK 227-E, on property <br /> belonging to DEIDRE KINCAID, so as to include in such TWO <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ANll SPECIFIC USE PERMIT DAY <br /> CARE CENTER (25) the hereinafter described property, which <br /> was formerly and is presently ciesignated as a TWO FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTKICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said TWO <br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT DAY <br /> CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same are hereby established as <br /> follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being Lot 12, City Block 227-E in the <br /> City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas and more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary <br /> Line of East Cherry Street, said point being West <br /> 188 feet from the West Boundary Line of 20th <br /> Street T1.E. ; <br /> THENCE South 200 feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE West, SO feet to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE North, 200 feet to a point in the <br /> South Boundary Line of East Cherry Street for <br /> corner; <br /> THENCE East along the South Boundary Line of <br /> East Cherry Street, 50 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the L`irector of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change <br /> the Zoning Map of the City oi Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map <br /> accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions <br /> of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br /> Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of <br /> Paris, in regular session cc>nvened, in the Council Room, City <br /> Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 9th day of November, 1992. <br /> . <br /> G rge isher, Mayor <br />
