<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 92-051 <br /> <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 28, BLOCK 4, GIBBONS PARK <br /> ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MARTY WATSON, SO AS TO <br /> INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERNIIT-MOBILE HOME (39) REST'RICTED TO MARTY WATSON FAMILY <br /> USAGE SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and <br /> that a ONE FAMILY llWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC <br /> USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39), RESTRICTED TO MARTY WATSON <br /> FAMILY USAGE, be, and the same is hereby established on LOT <br /> 28, BLOCK 4, GIBBONS PARK ADDITION, on property belonging to <br /> MARTY WATSON, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT' N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME <br /> (39) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly <br /> and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> (2F), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMII-MOBILE HOME <br /> (39), RESTRICTED TO MARTY WATSON FAMILY USAGE, be, and the <br /> same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, <br /> and being Lot 28, Block 4, Gibbons Park Addition to <br /> the City of Paris <br /> Section 2. That the llirector of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change <br /> the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the <br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map <br /> accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions <br /> of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
