<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 92-052 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING NiAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 188-E, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO DON NICHOLSON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); <br /> AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) <br /> SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE C;ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and <br /> that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 188-E, on property <br /> belonging to BON NICHOLSON, so as to include in such <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, <br /> which was formerly and is presently designated as a <br /> AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A), and that the boundaries of said <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City of <br /> Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being <br /> all that certain tract or parcel of land siutated within <br /> the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, <br /> Texas, a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, Abstract No. <br /> 778, also being a part of a called 106 acre tract of <br /> land described as Third Tract in a deed to Joe <br /> Nicholson, Eddie Nicholson, and Don Nicholson, recorded <br /> in Volume 632, Page 871 of the Lamar County Deed <br /> Records, and being further described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point for corner in the East <br /> Boundary Line of 6th Street S.E., said point being S <br /> 1°O1' East, 2,046.45 feet from the present Northwest <br /> corner of the above-mentioned 106 acres; <br /> THENCE North 881 59' East a distance of 235 feet <br /> to a point for corner; <br /> THENCE South 11 Ol' East a distarice of 210 feet to <br /> an iron pin for corner in the North Boundary Line of 6th <br /> Street S.E.; <br /> THENCE North 77° 30' 50" West with said North <br /> Boundary Line a distance of 171.48 feet to an iron pin <br /> for corner; <br /> THENCE North 581 04' 20" West, continuing with said <br /> North Boundary Line a distance of 81.25 feet to an iron <br /> pin for corner in the East Boundary Line of 6th Street <br /> S.E.; <br /> THENCE North 11 01' West with said East Boundary <br /> i,ine a distance of 125 feet to the place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community <br /> Development of the City oi' Paris, be, and he is hereby <br /> directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris <br /> in accordance with the pr«visions of Ordinance No. 1710 <br /> and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br /> accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> contlict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
