Shermaii, Lot 10, City Block 112 WHEREAS, that at said hearing, the Committee listed the structures involved and introduced pictures of the various portions of the structures and various portions of the premises involved and a list of discrepancies in the structures located thereon; that the Committee found that each of the above structures was in such state of deterioration and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property and that each of said buildings was dilapidated and was dangerous to life and property and that each of said buildings were dangerous structures to life and property; that said buildings are in such a state of dilapidation and decay that none of said structures are capable of repair; that the condition of the premises and structures involved is such that the Committee recommended to the City Council that they be declared a nuisance and that the owners thereof be ordered by the City Council to tear down and remove the same from the lots involved that said Committee filed a complete report of its hearing and its findings with the City Clerk of the City of Paris on the 6th day of January, 1997; and, WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that proper notice was given to the owner or owners of the structures hereinafter listed; that, at said hearing on the 13th day of December, 1996, the Committee listed the structures involved and introduced pictures of the various portions of the structures and various portions of the premises involved and a list of discrepancies in the structures located thereon; that the Committee found that each of the hereinafter listed structures was in such a state of deterioration and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property, and that each of said buildings was dilapidated and dangerous to life and property and each of said buildings were dangerous structures to life and property; that the owners of the property appeared before the Committee and requested time to repair the structures or the Committee found that the structures could be repaired; and that it was the recommendation of the Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired and that the respective owners thereof be given the time to abate said nuisance by repair or removal as is set out in connection with each of such addresses, as follows: 740 3rd Street N.E. 180 days to complete repairs Pt. Lot 5& 7, City Block 75 or to demolish and remove 1630 13th St. N. E. 30 days to commence repairs, Lot 12, Block J, East Park Addn. 90 days to complete repairs or demolish and remove 214 Piiie Bluff 30 days to commence repairs, Lot 1, City Block 38 90 days to complete repairs or demolish and remove 204 Pine Bluff 30 days to commence repairs, Lot l, City Block 38 90 days to complete repairs or demolish and remove 258 2nd St. N.E. 30 days to commence repairs, Lot 14, City Block 38 90 days to complete repairs or demolish and remove 246 2nd St. N.E. 30 days to commence repairs, Lot 13, City Block 38 90 days to complete repairs or demolish and remove 1027 Sth St. N.
