Shermaii, Lot 10, City Block 112 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, that at said hearing, the Committee listed the structures involved and introduced <br /> pictures of the various portions of the structures and various portions of the premises involved and a list <br /> of discrepancies in the structures located thereon; that the Committee found that each of the above <br /> structures was in such state of deterioration and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and <br /> property and that each of said buildings was dilapidated and was dangerous to life and property and that <br /> <br /> each of said buildings were dangerous structures to life and property; that said buildings are in such a <br /> state of dilapidation and decay that none of said structures are capable of repair; that the condition of <br /> the premises and structures involved is such that the Committee recommended to the City Council that <br /> they be declared a nuisance and that the owners thereof be ordered by the City Council to tear down and <br /> remove the same from the lots involved that said Committee filed a complete report of its hearing and <br /> its findings with the City Clerk of the City of Paris on the 6th day of January, 1997; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that proper notice was given to the owner or owners <br /> of the structures hereinafter listed; that, at said hearing on the 13th day of December, 1996, the <br /> Committee listed the structures involved and introduced pictures of the various portions of the structures <br /> and various portions of the premises involved and a list of discrepancies in the structures located thereon; <br /> that the Committee found that each of the hereinafter listed structures was in such a state of deterioration <br /> and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property, and that each of said buildings <br /> was dilapidated and dangerous to life and property and each of said buildings were dangerous structures <br /> to life and property; that the owners of the property appeared before the Committee and requested time <br /> to repair the structures or the Committee found that the structures could be repaired; and that it was the <br /> recommendation of the Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired and that the respective <br /> owners thereof be given the time to abate said nuisance by repair or removal as is set out in connection <br /> with each of such addresses, as follows: <br /> <br /> 740 3rd Street N.E. 180 days to complete repairs <br /> Pt.
