<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property,
<br /> and that the same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are hereby
<br /> ordered to abate such nuisance within thirty (30) days from the date hereof.

<br /> Section 2. That the structure located at the following address:
<br />
<br /> 1760 W. Walker, Lot 1& 2, Block l, Colonial Addn.

<br />
<br /> is a nuisance, and it is hereby declared a nuisance, in that it is dangerous to life and property, and that
<br /> the same constitutes a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owner is hereby ordered
<br /> to abate such nuisance within ninety (90) days from the date hereof. The City Clerk is directed to
<br /> furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance in the event the addresses of said owners are known, and,
<br /> in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K.
<br /> Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided in Article III
<br /> of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.

<br /> Section 3. That the structures hereinafter enumerated are a nuisance, and they are hereby
<br /> declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the
<br /> same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners
<br /> are llereby ordered to abate such nuisances on or before the dates set out in
<br /> connection with the addresses of each of such structures, as follows:
