<br /> WHEREAS, that at said hearing, the Committee listed the structures involved and introduced pictures
<br /> of the various portions of the structures and various portions of the premises involved and a list of
<br /> discrepancies in the structures located thereon; that the Committee found that each of the above structures
<br /> was in such state of deterioration and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property and
<br /> that each of said buildings was dilapidated and was dangerous to life and property and that each of the said
<br /> buildings were dangerous structures to life and property; that each of said buildings are in such a state of
<br /> dilapidation and decay that none of said structures are capable of repair; that the condition of the premises
<br /> and structures involved is such that the Committee recommended to the City Council that they be declared
<br /> a nuisance and that the owners thereof be ordered by the City Council to tear down and remove the same
<br /> from the lots involved; that said Committee filed a complete report of its hearing and its findings with the
<br /> City Clerk of the City of Paris on the 24th day of March, 1997; and,
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that proper notice was given to the owner or owners of
<br /> the structures hereinafter listed; that, at said hearing on the 14th day of March, 1997, the Committee listed
<br /> the structures involved and introduced pictures of the various portions the structures and various portions of
<br /> the premises involved and a list of discrepancies in the structures located thereon; that the Committee found
<br /> that each of the hereinafter listed structures was in such a state of deterioration and dilapidation as to create
<br /> a serious fire hazard to life and property, and that each of said buildings was dilapidated and dangerous to
<br /> life and property and each of said buildings were dangerous structures to life and property; that the owners
<br /> of the property appearetl before the Committee and requested time to repair the structures or the Committee
<br /> found that the structures could be repaired; and that it was the recommendation of the Committee that the
<br /> structures be condemned or repaired and that the respective owners thereof be given the time to abate said
<br /> nuisance by repair or removal as is set out in connection with each of such addresses, as follows:
