<br /> that the same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are hereby ordered
<br /> to abate such nuisance within one hundred eighty (180) days from the date hereof. The City Clerk is
<br /> directed to furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance, in the event the addresses of said owners are known,
<br /> and in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K.
<br /> Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this ordinance by the procedure provided for in Article III
<br /> of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.

<br /> Section 5. That the structures hereinafter enumerated are a nuisance, and they are hereby
<br /> declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same constitute a fire hazard
