Total Bond Requirements $ 3,147,530.00 GRAND TOTAL $ 9,949,594.00 Section 4. That the sum of $3,147,530.00 is hereby appropriated out of the Water and Sewer Revenue Bond Fund for the purpose of paying accrued interest and making the principal payments as the same mature on the Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, and creating the prescribed contingent and reserve fund therefor. Section 5. That the sum of $993,200.00 is hereby appropriated out of the Community Development Grant Fund for payment of operating expenses and capital outlay for the Community Development Department, as hereinafter itemized: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Community Development $ 993,200.00 Total $ 993,200.00 Section 6. That the sum of $1,655,000.00 is hereby appropriated out of the Economic Development Fund for payment of operating expenses and capital outlay for the Paris Economic Development Corporation, as hereinafter itemized: ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND: Economic Development $1,655,000.00 Total $ 1,655,000.00 Section 7. That the sum of $10,000.00 is hereby appropriated out of the Child Safety Fund for payment of operating expenses and capital outlay for the Emergency Medical Services Department, as hereinafter itemized: CHILD SAFETY FUND: Child Safety-EMS $ 10,000.00 Total $ 10,000.00 Section 8. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 9. This ordinance shall be and remain in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the City Council of the City of Paris.
