<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97-056 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NUMBER 83-032, WHICH <br /> AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br /> BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL <br /> OF A SITE PLAN FOR LOT 6, CITY BLOCK 285; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR <br /> PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1, 1998. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 83-032 of the City of Paris be, and the same <br /> is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2. The site plan, including the drainage plan, for Lot 6, City Block 285, <br /> being number 3150 Lamar Avenue, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved. " <br /> <br /> Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly <br /> repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
