<br /> Rader and wife, Linda Rader, recorded in Volume 264, Page 67, Deed Records,
<br /> Lamar County, Texas;
<br /> THENCE northeasterly, parallel to and 500 feet east of the centerline of FM
<br /> 195 North, a distance of 3,226 feet to a point in the existing Reno city limits line
<br /> as described in Ordinance No. 114 of the City of Reno, passed and adopted on the
<br /> 15th day of December, 1983, and as shown on Exhibit A to the "Agreement
<br /> Apportioning Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Overlap" between the City of Paris and
<br /> the City of Reno, dated October 8, 1984;
<br /> THENCE southerly along the existing Reno city limits line as described in
<br /> said Ordinance No. 114, same being the east boundary line of Twin Lakes Estates,
<br /> a distance of 355 feet to a point, said point being the most westerly southwest
<br /> corner of said Twin Lakes Estates;
<br /> THENCE easterly along the existing Reno city limits line as described in
<br /> said Ordinance No. 114 a distance of 1,641.7 feet to a point;
<br /> THENCE southerly along the existing Reno city limits line as described
<br /> said Ordinance No. 114, passing the most easterly southwest corner of said Twin
<br /> Lakes Estates and the north right-of-way line of County Road 42350 (Smallwood
<br /> Road) at 734.5 feet, and continuing to a point in the south right-of-way line of said
<br /> County Road 42350 (Smallwood Road) in all a distance of 784.5 feet, more or less;
<br /> THENCE easterly along the existing Reno city limits line as described in
<br />
<br /> said Ordinance No. 114 and the south right-of-way line of said County Road 42350
<br /> (Smallwood Road) a distance of 2,025 feet to a point;
<br /> THENCE southerly along the existing Reno city limits line as described in
<br /> Ordinance No. 119 of the City of Reno, passed and adopted on the 26th day of
<br /> March, 1984, same being the west boundary line of a tract of land owned by Joe
<br /> Hutchison, described on surveyor's plat dated August 20, 1965, prepared by W.
<br /> R. Abbott, and attached as Exhibit A to said Ordinance No. 119, a distance of
<br /> 1,308 feet to a point, said point being the southwest corner of said Joe Hutchison
<br /> tract;
<br /> THENCE easterly a distance of 351 feet to a point in the existing Reno city
<br /> limits line as described in Ordinance No. 92 of the City of Reno, passed and
<br /> adopted on the 27th day of October, 1978;
<br /> THENCE southerly along the existing Reno city limits line as described in
<br /> said Ordinance No. 92 a distance of 1,353 feet to a point;
<br /> THENCE westerly along the existing Reno city limits line as described in
<br /> said Ordinance No. 92 as follows: North 86 Deg. 15 Min. West a distance of 209
<br /> feet to a point; South 89 Deg. 55 Min. West a distance of 131 feet to a corner;
<br /> THENCE southerly along the existing Reno city limits line as described in
<br /> said Ordinance No. 92 a distance of 2,315 feet to a point, said point being the
<br /> southwest corner of a 4.218 acre tract described as Tract 1 being excepted from the
<br /> property being annexed in said Ordinance No. 92 of the City of Reno;
<br /> THENCE westerly along the existing Reno ciry limits line a distance of 300
<br /> feet to a point;
<br /> THENCE southerly along the existing Reno city limits line, passing the
<br /> most westerly southwest corner of the Reno city limits at approximately 800 feet,
<br /> and continuing to the south right-of-way line of Pine Mill Road, in all a distance
<br /> of 1,320 feet to a point in the south right-of-way line of said Pine Mill Road;
<br /> THENCE easterly along the south right-of-way line of Pine Mill Road a
<br /> distance of 1,540 feet, mare or less, to a point, said point being the northwest
<br /> corner of a 1 acre tract described in Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 120 of the City of
<br /> Reno, passed and adopted on the 26th day of March, 1984;
