It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />1. Provide a contact person for the church. <br />2. Label Loop 286 and 49th ~t. S.~. . .. <br />3. tabel10ts as Block A, lots 1 and 2. (Will this be one lot or two?) <br />4. Move the proposed fire hydrant next to a fire lane. <br />5. Change the 40-foot wide utility easement to I5-feet wide after the end of line sewer <br />c1eanout to be located at the property line. Revise the utility easement for the new flIe <br />hydrant location. . . <br />6. Provide a legal description and exhibit for all of the off-site easements. <br />7. Show the current zoning. . <br />8. Add a IS-foot utility easement along Loop 286 frontage. <br />9. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris Engineering Department for review. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />TonyN.
