It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exceptions: <br /> <br />1. Provide a phone number for the owner. <br />2. Show the lot as Block A, Lot 1. <br />3 . Show the current zoning. <br />4. Add the following note to the plat "Preliminary Plat for Inspection Purpose Only". <br />5. Add a five-foot utility easement along the frontage of West Oak Ave. <br />6. Include lot 9 into the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items. <br /> <br />cc: <br /> <br />Tony N.
