It appears that the replat complies <br />with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception. <br /> <br />1. Provide a North arrow. <br />2. Provide a finished floor elevation for the proposed house. <br />3. Use the City of Paris approval certification. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the replat upon completion of the above items.
