<br /> AN ORDINANCE CLOSING THE STREETS AND ALLEYS, LOCATED IN THE
<br /> TEXAS AND PACIFIC ADDITION, BEING PACIFIC AVENUE BETWEEN THE EAST
<br /> BOUNDARY LINE OF CHURCH STREET AND THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF 3RD
<br /> STREET S.E. AND BETWEEN THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF 3RD STtZEET S.E.
<br /> AND THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF' 6TH STREET S.E.; SYCAMORE STREET
<br /> BETWEEN TFIE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 162 AND THE
<br /> WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1-A; 4TH STREET S.E. BETWEEN
<br /> THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF F'ARIS BLVD. AND THE SOUTH BOUNDARY
<br /> LINE OF LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 162; STH STREET S.E. BETWEEN THE NORTH
<br /> BOUNDARY LINE OF PARIS BLVD. AND THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT
<br /> S, CITY BLOCK 162; AND THE ALLEYS LOCATED IN BLOCKS 6, 7, 8, 9,
<br /> 10, 11, 12 AND 13 OF THE TEXAS AND PACIFIC ADDITION; llECLARING NO
<br /> NECESSITY OK NEED OF SAID STREETS AND ALLEYS FOR CITY USE BY THE
<br /> CITY OF PARIS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 14,
<br /> 1991.
<br /> WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the City
<br /> Council of the City of Paris, that the streets and alleys located
<br /> in the Texas and Pacific Addition, being Pacific Avenue between
<br /> the east boundary line of Church Street and the west boundary
<br /> line uf 3rd Street S.E. and between the east boundary line of 3rd
<br /> Street S.E. and the west bUUndary line of bth Street S.E.;
<br /> Sycamore Street between the Last boundary line of Lot `L, City
<br /> Block 162 and the west boundary line of Lot 2, Block 1-A; 4th
<br /> Street S.E. between the north boundary line of Paris Blvd. and
<br /> the south boundary line of Lot 2, City Block 162; 5th Street S.E.
<br /> between the north boundary line of Paris Blvd and the south
<br /> boundary line of Lot 5, City Block 162; and the alleys I.ocated in
<br /> Blocks 6, 7, fs, 9, lU, 11, 12 and 13 of the Texas and Pacific
<br /> Additiori, are of no use as streets or alleys to the City of Paris
<br /> or to its citizens, and the City Council so finds; NOW,
<br /> THEREFORE,
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br /> Section l. That the streets and alleys located in the Texas
<br /> and Pacific Acidition, being Pacific Avenue between the east
<br /> boundary line of Church Street and the west boundary line of 3rd
<br /> Street S.E. and between the east boundary line of 3rd Street S.E.
<br /> and the west boundary line of bth Street S.E.; Sycamore Street
<br /> between the East boundary line of Lot 2, City Block 162 and the
<br /> west boundary line of Lot 2, Block 1-A; 4th Street S.E. between
<br /> the north boundary line of Paris Blvd. and the south boundary
<br /> line of Lot 2, City Block 162; 5th Street S.E. between the north
<br /> boundary line of Paris Blvd and the south boundary line of Lot S,
<br /> City Block 162; and the alleys located in Blocks 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,
<br /> 119 12 and 13 af the Texas and PaciYic Addition, described in
<br /> Exhibit A attached hereto, are hereby closed.
<br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective on January
<br /> 14, 1991.
