<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br /> Section l. That the structures located at the tollowing
<br /> addresses:

<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that
<br /> they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same
<br /> constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the
<br /> respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisance
<br /> within thirty (30) days from the date hereof.

<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that
<br /> they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same
<br /> constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the
<br /> respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisance
<br /> on or before the date set out above in connection with the
<br /> addresses of each of such structures. The City Clerk is directed
<br /> to furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance, in the event the
<br /> addresses of said owners are known, and in the event the
<br /> respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the City
<br /> Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to enforce
<br /> this ordinance by the procedure provided for in Article III of
<br /> Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances ot the City of Paris.
<br /> Section 2. That the structures hereinafter enumerated
<br /> are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that
<br /> they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same
<br /> constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the
<br /> respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisances on
<br /> or before the dates set out in connection with the addresses of
<br /> each of such structures, as follows:
