ORllINANCE N0. 91-004 AN ORllINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAlI7 CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE UISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 15, CITY BLOCK 70, UN PROPERTY BELONGING TO CAROL LADD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIUNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF` THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. 33E IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS; Section 1. That the boundaries heretorore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance iVo. 1710 of the City af Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DIST"RIC'r (NS), be, and the same is hereby established on LUT 15, CIT'Y BLOCK 70, on property belonging to CAROL LADD, so as to include in such NEIGHi3URH0UD SERVICE UISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING B I S T RICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same are here by es ta b l i s h e d a s rollows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, C;ounty of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Being Lot 15, City Bl.ock 70, and more Particularly described as follows. Beginning at a point in the North Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street, 196.5 feet East of the East Boundary Line of llth Street TJ.E., said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 15, City Block 70; Thence North, 416 feet along the West Boundary Line of said Lot 15 to the Northwest corner; Thence East, 96.5 feet to a point the Northeast corner of said Lot 15; Thence South, 416 feet to a point in the North Boundary Line of Pine Bluff Street, said point being the Southeast corner of said Lot 15; Thence West, 96.5 feet along the North Boundary Lirie of Pine t3luff Street tc the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development oi- the City of Yaris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisians of Ordinance Na. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in contlict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
