ORDINANCE N0. 9I-005 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PRGVIilING THAT THE CODE OF URDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTkOL MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGt2APH (b) OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL URDINANCES OR PARTS OF OKDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; ANQ PROVIDINU FOR AN EFFECTIVE: DATE OF APKI1 1, 1991. t3E IT ORDAINED BY T1HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF PARIS: Section l. That the Traffic Control Device iKap adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the follcwirig stop signs: "Stop 8th N.E. at East Hickory, from the Sauth. Stop West Kautman at 28th S.W., from the West. Stop 29th S.W. at West Kaufman, from the North and South. Stop 30th S.W. at West Kaufman, from the Ncrth. Stap 31st S.W. at West Kaufman, trom the North and Sauth. Stop 32nd S.W. at West Kautman, from the North. Stop 33rd S.W. at West Kaufman, trom the North and South. Stop West Kaufaian at 34th S.W. from the East." Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Niisdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be ficied ir. any sum nat to exceed $100.00. Section 3. AIl ordinances or parts af ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on April l, 1991.
