<br />to the reCief of traffic congestion andparking; and,
<br />"W3fEREAS, it is especiaCCy important that tGi.e citizens of our City and State 6e
<br />ativare of motorcycCes on the streets and high-â–ºvays and recognize the importance of
<br />motorcycCe safety; ancC
<br />-W3-CEREAS, motorcycCists continuaCCy promote motorcycCe safety, education and
<br />ativareness in high schoaC drivers' education programs ard to the generaC pu6Cic in
<br />our City and State, presenting motorcycle ativareness programs to over ioo,ooo
<br />participants in the past four years aCone; anc~
<br />W3-CERE.4S, aCC motorcycCists shouCd join Paris GyPsy MC in activeCy promoting
<br />the safe operation of motorcycCes, as tiveCC'as promoting motorcycCe safety, education

<br />community service to nationaC and community cha.rita6Ce organizations such as
<br />Easter SeaCs, Make-A-Wish Foundation, MuscuCar Dystrophy Association, SaCvation
