Discussion of m1d possible action regarding the,following structures considered by code <br />inspectors to be in violation ofArticle III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Of-dinances of the <br />City oTParis, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and <br />Structures, " to deterniine whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and <br />designated on the National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic <br />Landniat•k, or as Iiistoric properry as designated by the Ciry Council of the Ciry of 'Paris: <br />A. 1630 Pine Bluff' <br />B. 1075 E. Hear-on <br />C. 2111 Jackson Street <br />D. 1950 Hzsbbard <br />E. 7178 'h Street S. E. <br />Motion was made by Ben Vaughan, seconded by Nancy Anderson to send all <br />structures to the Building and Standards Commission for demolition since they <br />cannot be rehabilitated nor do they have significant historical value. Motion <br />carried 7-0. <br />7. Future agenda items.
