ORDINANCE N0. 91-.007 AN ORDINAIV"CE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A UENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-BILLBOARD SIGN (52) ON LOT 11, CITY BLOCK 111, ON PROPERTY BELUNGING TO WILLIAM J. BONE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRIT'ORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDAR.IES OF THE GENERAL KETAIL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-BILLBUARD SIGN (52) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Sectior, l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Niap and Ordinarice No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT- BILLBOARD SIGN (52), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 11, CITY BLOCK 111, on property belonging to WILLIAM J. BONE, so as to include in such GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-BILLBOARll SIGN (52) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), and that the boundaries of said GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-BILLBOARD SIGN (52), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits af the City of Yaris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, atid being being Lot 10, City Block 111, in the City ot Paris, Paris, Texas, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street with the West Boundary Line of S.E. 12th Street, same being the Northeast corner of Lot 10, City Block lll; THENCE South with the West Boundary Line af. S.E. 12th Street, 183 feet to a point, the South- east corner of said Lot 10, City Block 111; THENCE West 98.5 ieet to a point, the South- west corner of said Lat 10; THENCE Northerly 213.3 feet to a point in the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street, the Northwest corner of said Lot 10; THENCE Southeaster.ly with the South Boundary Litie of Clarksville Street 83.5 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisioizs of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parLs ot ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
