<br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); ANI7 DESIGNATING THE
<br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SO
<br /> ESTABLISHED.
<br /> t3E IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br /> Sectian l. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br /> by the Zoning 1~1ap and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
<br /> Yaris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and
<br /> that a TWO-FAMILY DWELLING UISTRICT ("LF), be, and the same is
<br /> hereby established on LOTS 2 AND 3, CITY BLOCK 196, on
<br /> property belor;g,ing to ROY ARRASMITH, ?R., so as to include in
<br /> such TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT ('LF) the hereinafter
<br /> described progerty, which was formerly and is presently
<br /> designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2),
<br /> and that the boundaries of said TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT
<br /> (2F), be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas,
<br /> and beirig being Lots 2 and 3, City Block 196 in the
<br /> City of Paris, Paris, 'Texas, and more particularly
<br /> described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point in the North Boundary
<br /> Line of Maple Avenue, said point being East 382.5
<br /> feet from the East Boundary Line cf N.W. 23rd
<br /> Street and said point being the Southwest corner
<br /> of Lot 3, City Block 196;
<br /> THENCE North 206.5 feet to a point, the
<br /> Northwest corner of said Lot 3, City Block 196;
<br /> THENCE East 180 feet ta a point, the Northeast
<br /> cornEr of Lot 2, City Block 196;
<br /> THENCE South 203 feet to a point in the North
<br /> Boundary Line ot Maple Avenue, said point being the
<br /> Southeast corner at said Lot 2, City Block 196;
<br /> THENCE West 180 feet to the glace of
<br /> beginning.
<br /> Section 2. That the Director of Coirimunity Development
<br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change
<br /> the Loning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the
<br /> provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map
<br /> accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions
<br /> of this ordinance.
<br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
<br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
<br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
<br /> immediately upon passage.
<br /> Passed and adopted by the City Council ot the City of
<br /> Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City
<br /> Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 8th day of April, 1991.
