ORDINANCE NQ. 91-011 AN ORBINANCE OF THE CITY GF' PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES: CIT'Y OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SECTICN 17-5(f); PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASED FEE FOR FURNISHING OF CERTIFIED COPIES OF VITAL STATISTICS: 12EPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN COIVFLiCT HEREwII'H; AND PROVIUING FUR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY l, 1991. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That Paragraph (i) of Section 11-5 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to read as follows: "(f) The registrar of vital statistics is authorized and directed to furnish, upon request, to any qualified applicant, a certitied capy of a death certificate recorded as provided in this section, for which a fee of eight dollars ($8.00) will. be charged for the first or only copy requested, and two dollars ($2.00) tor each additicnal copy of the same record requested in the same request. The fee for a certified copy of a birth record shall be eight dollars ($$.OG). Additianal copies shall be eight dollars ($8.00) for each copy requested. Such a certified copy shal7_ be issued iri orily such form as approved by the state department of health, and receipts shall be macie hy the registrar and issued to the applicant upon receipt forms furnished and provided by the City. Ali such fees collected shall be paid by the registrar to the City monthly." Section 2. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 3.
