<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORUINANCE N0. 91-014 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORUINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGINU THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL <br /> DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-BILLBOARD SIGN (52) ON PART <br /> OF LOT 22, BLOCK A, Jefferson Heights Addition, ON PROPERTY <br /> BELONGING TO JAMES WALLACE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br /> FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIL UISTRICT (GR); AND <br /> liESIGNATING THE BUUNDARIES OF THE GENEkAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-BILLBOARll SIGN (52) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT OKDAINED BY IHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-BILLBOARD <br /> SIGN (52), be, and the same is hereby established on PART OF LOT <br /> 22, BLOCK A, Jefrerson Heights Addition, on property belonging to <br /> JAMES WALLACE, so as to include in such GENERAL RETAIL DIS'IRICT <br /> (GR) AiVU SPECIFIC USE PERMI'T-BILLBOARD SIGN (52) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently <br /> designated as a GENERAL RE'TAIL llISTRICT (GR), and that the <br /> bounciaries of said GENERAL RET'AIL DISTRICT (GR) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT-BILLBOARB SIGN (52), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established as follows: <br /> Situated withiri the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being part of Lot 22, Block A, Jetferson Heights <br /> Addition to the City of Paris and more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 22, Block <br /> A, Jefferson Heights Addition; said point being in the <br /> South boundary Line of Loop 286 S.E.; <br /> Thence S 15° 90' E a distance of 50 teet to a <br /> point; <br /> Thence S 69° 31' W, a distance of 50 feet to a <br /> point; <br /> Thence N 150 OG' W, a distance of 50 feet to a <br /> point in the South Boundary Line of Loop 286 S.E.; <br /> Thence N 69° 31' E, along the South Boundary Line <br /> of Loop 286 S.E., a distance of 50 ieet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the Ci.ty of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
