<br /> HEAIZINGS BEFORE THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE
<br /> CITY OF PARIS AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS ON
<br /> THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND APPROPRIATE ZONING UPUN ANNEXATION,
<br /> AND AUTHORiZING AND DIRECTING THE NfAYOR T'0 PUBLISrI NOTICE OF
<br /> SUCH PUBLIC HEARINGS.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:

<br /> Section l. That public hearings be held by and
<br /> before the Planning and Zoning conâ–ºmission of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, on the 3rd day of June, 1991, at 5:30
<br /> o'clock p.m, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas; by
<br /> and before the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris,
<br /> Texas, in iZegular Session convened ori the bth day of June,
<br /> 1991, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., in the t;ouncil Room, City Hall,
<br /> Paris, Texas; and by before the City Council of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, in Regular Sessian convened an the lOth
<br /> day of June, 1991, at 6:00 o'clock p.m., in the Council Room,
<br /> City Hall, Paris, Texas, giving all interested persons the
<br /> right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation and
<br /> appropriate zoning upon annexation of the following described
<br /> property:
<br /> TIZACT ONE :
<br /> SITUATED about 12 miles Southwest of the Court
<br /> House, Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Asa
<br /> Jarman Survey, and being the same land conveyed T'exas
<br /> Pacitic Railway Company of record in Vol. 388, Page
<br /> 453, of the Deed Records of said County and State and a
<br /> part of the same 10 acres more or less as described in
<br /> a deed from Harrison to Bankhead of record in Vol. 130,
<br /> Page 527, of said Deed Records, and being described as
<br /> tollows:
<br /> BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the
<br /> intersectiun of the present East Boundary Line of Farm
<br /> Road No. 137 and the South Boundary Line of the Texas
<br /> and Pacitic Railway Company;
<br /> THENCE North 77 degrees 00 minutes East along the
<br /> South Boundary Line of said Railway Company a distance
<br /> of 1645.7 feet to a stake for corner;
<br /> THENCE South a distance of 761 feet to a stake for
<br /> corrier;
<br /> THENCE North 89 degrees 24 minutes West a distance
<br /> of 684 teet to an iron pin for corner;
<br /> THENCE South 1 degree 05 minutes West a distance
<br /> of $20 feet to an iron pin tor corner;
<br /> THENCE North 89 degrees 15 minutes West a distance
<br /> of 1962 feet to a stake for corner in the East Boundary
<br /> Line of Farm Road No. 137;
<br /> THENCE along the East Boundary Line of said Farm
<br /> Koad with the following calis: North SU degrees 17
<br /> minutes East a distance of 361.8 feet to the beginning
<br /> of a curve to the left having a radius of 2924.79 feet,
<br /> around said curve to the Left a distance of 840.6 feet
<br /> to the end of said curve, North 33 degrees 49 minutes
<br /> East a distance of 392 feet to the place ot beginning
<br /> and containing 50.601 acres of Iand, more or less.

<br /> the Court House, a part of the Lewuel Ewer Survey and
<br /> being a part of the same land conveyed to H. S. Reeder,
<br /> J. A. Scarborough, Sr., and R. Leon Hodges from Herbert
<br /> C. Hoover and wife Daurene A. Hocver by deed dated
