ORDINANCE N0. 91-027 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 91-021, PASSED ON THE 13'I'H DAY OF MAY, 1991, PERMITTING TIME FOR REPAIR UF STRUCTURES OTHERWISE DECLARED DILAPIDATED AT 1621 13th STREET g,E,, LOT 22, BLOCK G, EAS'T PARK ADDITION, BELUNGING TO FREDDIB DIXON ESTATE, PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JUNE 20, 1991. WHEREAS, Joe McCollum, Director of Community Develop- ment, appeared before the City Council at its Special Meeting on the 20tn day of June, 1991 and presented the request of Minnie Eddington that she be permitted to repair and bring into Code compliance the structure heretofore declared t~ab~ dilapidated at 1621 13th St:reet S.E., Lot 22, Block U, Park Addition; since she has received authority to occupy such residence; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City ot Paris deems it to be in the best interest: of the City of Paris that its citizen, Minnie Eddirigton, be giveLi 60 days to repair and bring into Code- requirements the structure at number 1621 13th Street S.E., Lat 22, black G, East Park Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OkDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA12IS: Block Section l. That 1621. 13th Street S.E., Lot 22, G, East Park Addition, be removed from the list included in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9i-021 and that it be added to the list that appears in Section 2 at said Ordinance with August 20, 1991 listed thereafter. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are expressly repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on June 20, 1991.
