ORllINANCE N0. 91-029 AN OKDINANCE OF THE CITY OF' PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORllINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE SECTION 10-100 OF AMENDED BY KEVISING ORDINAi~CE N0. 1710, SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR THE REQUIREMENT OF llUST-FREE SURFACES FOR REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SPCES REPEA~LING PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NO'I' TO EXCEED $'L,OOO ; ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLiCT' HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTiVE DATE OF JULY 1, 1991. BE I'T ORDAiNED BY TriE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That Section 10-100 of Zonirig Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, 'I"exas, be amended so that such shall read as follows: "Section 10. Off-Street Parking And Loading Regulations 10-100. . . • Such off-street parking shall be covered with a dust f:ree all-weather surface. Al1 off-street required parking consisting ot 3 spaces or more iri existence on September 1, 1989, without a dust free surface shall not be required to install a dust free all-weather surface. Section 2.
