That Section 14-34 of the Code of <br /> Urdinances of the CiLy ot Yaris, Paris, T'exas, be amended so <br /> that such shall read as follows: <br /> "Sec. 14-34. <br /> <br /> (6) Any time that retesting is required due <br /> to the fact that "permittee has a discrepancy", <br /> which is discovered by a regular inspection or a <br /> reinspection, then a fee equal to the inspection <br /> tez will be made for the reinspection. <br /> (e) Food establishments, the iiet earnings of <br /> which are used in whole for charity, fundosf <br /> or public welfare sha11 be exempt tr°bUPashamelnl be <br /> the tee prescribed by this section, <br /> subject to all other provisions of this article." <br /> Section L. Any person violating any of the <br /> provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a <br /> Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum <br /> not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance <br /> of any violation of the above enumerated section shall <br /> constitute ar►d be deeiried a separate offense. <br /> Section 3. A11 ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
