<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 91'032 _ <br /> <br /> <br /> AN URDINANCE AMENDING ZONING OftDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, 'I'EXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> 'I'HE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A P~IZYEBLOCKE1$1MEON <br /> - TRANSITION DISTL~ICT (PD-i) ON LUTS 2 AND 3, <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO NIARCUS RODEN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN <br /> TERRITORY FORMERLY llESIGNATED AS A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> N0. 1(MF-1); AND DESIGNATING THE BUUNllARIES OF THE PLANNEll <br /> DEVELOPMENT - TRANSITION DISTR:[CT (PD-i) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretotore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - TRANSI`TION DISTRICT (PD-i), be, and ton <br /> s a i n e i s h e r e b y established on LOTS 2 AND 3, GITY BLOCK 181, <br /> property belonging to MARCUS RODEN, so as to inc l u d e i n s u c h <br /> P L A N N E D D E V E L OPi`1ENT - TRANSIT'ION DISTRICT (PD-i) the hereinafter <br /> described property, which was formerly an d is prese n t l y <br /> designated as a NiULTI-FAMILY DWELLING L`ISTRICT N0. 1_ (MF-1), and <br /> that the boundaries of saici PLANNEU DEVELOPNIENT TRANSITIUN <br /> DISIKICT (PD-i), be, and Lhe same are hereby established as <br /> tollows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> beirig Lots 2 and 3, City Block 181, situated in the <br /> City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and more, particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point ia the East Boundary <br /> Line of Church Street, said point being North 237 <br /> feet from the North Boundary Line of East Sherman <br /> Street and said point being the Southwest corner <br /> of Lot 2, City Block 181; <br /> THENCE North, with the East Bou~herN~rthwest <br /> Church Street, 152 feet to a paint, <br /> corner of Lot 3, City Block ltsl; oint, the <br /> THENCL East 119 feet to a p <br /> Northeast corner oi: said Lot 3; ~int, the <br /> THENCE South 76 feet to a p <br /> Sautheast corner of said Lot 3 and being in the <br /> North Soundary Line of said Lot L; <br /> THENCE East 97 feet to a point in the West <br /> Boundary Line of 3rd S.E.
