ORDINANCE N0. 91-034 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) ON LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 52, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO RICHARD HARDISOIV, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TW0 FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 52, on property belonging to RICHARD HARDISON, sa as to include in such MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), atid thdt the boundaries of said MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as tollows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 8, City Block 52, in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West Boundary Line of 7th Street N.W., said point being 60 feet South of the South Boundary Line of West Cherry Street and being the Northeast corner of Lot 8, City Block 52; Thence South, along the West Boundary Line of 7th Street N.W., a distance of 60 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of said Lot 8, City Block 52; Thence West, a distance of 150 feet to a point, the Southwest corner of said Lot 8; Thence North, a distance of 60 feet to a point, the Northwest corner of said Lot 8; Thence East, a distance of 150 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
