<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANGE N0. 91-036 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> A1V ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, <br /> PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE <br /> AMENDED BY REViSING THE 'I'RAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN <br /> PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 31--65 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING NO <br /> PARKING AREAS; PROVtDING FOR F, PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; <br /> REPEALING ALL ORDiNANCES OR. PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br /> HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FUR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF AUGUST l, <br /> 1991. <br /> BE IT ORDAINEll BY THE CITY COUNCIL UF THE CITY OF' PARIS: <br /> Section l. That the lraffic No Parking Map adopted in <br /> Yaragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of <br /> the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amerided to include the <br /> following No Parking areas: <br /> <br /> "On East Tudor Street between 5th Street N.E. and <br /> 6th Street N.E. on both sides of the street <br /> between the hours of 10:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.. <br /> On West Henderson 5treet between 4th Street N.W. <br /> and 7th Street N.!A. on the North Side of the <br /> street." <br /> Section 2. Any persori violatirig any cf the provisions <br /> of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon <br /> conviction shall be fined i« any sum not to exceed $200.00. <br /> <br /> Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br /> canflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
