ORDINANCE N0. 91-037 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY UF PARt5, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRTCT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52) ON LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 307A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CARLES STERLING, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECiFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C1TY UF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECtFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 4, CITY BLOCK 307A, on property belonging to CARLES STERLING, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ANll SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - BILLBOARD SIGN (52), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 4, City Block 307A and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the Buck Blair lot on the West side of Highway 271 to the North from Paris. THENCE North 2 of 10 East 361 feet, a stake on the South line of the Hull property; THENCE West 422 feet a stake on the East Boundary Line of the P&G RR Right-of-Way; THENCE with said Right-of-Way, South 52° West 358 feet a stake, Filair's Northwest corner; THENCE South 89° 20' East 456 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.61 acres of land and being the same property described in deed from W. B. Connor, Jr. et ux to W. V. Swint et ux, recorded in Book 364, Page 473, Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Yaris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Ail ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
