<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 91^039 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A GENERAL RETAIL <br /> DISTRICT (GR) ON LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 243, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO <br /> D. C. FORD, SU AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN Z'ERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND <br /> DESIGNATING THE BOUNUARIES OF THE GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the bcundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOT 2, CITY BLOCK 243, on property belonging to D. <br /> C. FORD, so as to include in such GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) <br /> the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is <br /> presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 <br /> (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT <br /> (GR), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being Lot 2, City Block 243 and more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the intersection of the West Boundary <br /> Line of 25th Street N.W. with the North Boundary Line <br /> of Bonham Street, the Southeast corner of said Lot 2, <br /> City Block 243; <br /> THENCE West along the North Boundary Line uf <br /> Bonham Street, a distance of 269 feet to a point, the <br /> Southwest corner of said Lot 2, <br /> THENCE North a distance of 180 feet to a point, <br /> the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 269 feet to a point in <br /> the West Boundary Line of 25th Street N.W., the <br /> iVortheast corner of said Lot 2; <br /> THENCE South along L-he West Boundary Line of 25th <br /> Street N.W., a distance of 180 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Ntap of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4.
