Chaney, Registered Professional <br /> Engineer No. 15688 on December 12, 1977. <br /> TRACT TWO: <br /> SITUATED within the Corporate Limits of the City <br /> of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the John <br /> Herrington Survey and a part af a tract of land <br /> conveyed Paris Industrial Foundation by the City of <br /> Paris of record in Volume 360, Page 320, of the Deed <br /> Records of said County and State, further described as <br /> follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron post for corner, said point <br /> being WESt a distance of 377.4 feet from the Southwest <br /> corner of the Flex-O-Lite property, said point also <br /> being South 35 degrees East 350 feet, South 51 degrees <br /> East 213 feet, and West 1092.4 feet from the Northeast <br /> corner of the above mentioned tract conveyed to Paris <br /> Industrial Foundation; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 550 feet to an iron pin <br /> for corner; <br /> THENCE North 0 degrees 03 minutes East a distance <br /> of 105.23 feet to iron pin tor corner; <br /> THENCE North 61 degrees 13 minutes East a distance <br /> of 168.54 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE North 68 degrees 00 minutes East a distance <br /> of 434.10 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE South U degrees, 03 minutes West a distance <br /> of 349.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing <br /> 2.967 acres of land, more or less. <br /> As deterniined by an actual survey made on the <br /> ground by Robert S. Chaney, Registered Public Surveyor <br /> No. 2345 on June 25, 1980. <br /> Section `l. The above described territory and area <br /> so annexed shall be part of the City of Paris, Texas, and <br /> the property so added hereby shall bear its pro rata part of <br /> the taxes levied by the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, and the <br /> inhabitants thereof shall be entitled to all of the rights <br /> and privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the <br /> acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas. <br /> Section 3. The service plan providing for the <br /> extension of municipal services into the above described <br /> territory, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved. <br /> Section 4. The above described territory is hereby <br /> zoned Heavy Industrial (HI) upon annexation as provided for <br /> in Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br /> Texas. <br /> Section 5.
