<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0 . 91- 051 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY <br /> OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br /> THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br /> DISTRICT (PD-a) ON LOT 7, CI'TY BLOCK 318, CN PROPERTY BELONGING <br /> TO ROSS WARD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY <br /> DESIGNATED AS A AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (A); AND DESIUNATING THE <br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a) SO <br /> ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL UF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by <br /> the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br /> Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br /> PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a), be, and the same is hereby <br /> established on LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 318, on property belonging to <br /> ROSS WARD, so as to include in such PLANNED llEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br /> (PD-a) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and <br /> is presently designated as a AGRICULTURAL DISTRIC'T (A), and that <br /> the boundaries of said PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-a), be, <br /> and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and <br /> being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, Abstract 524; <br /> part of a 25 acre tract described in a deed conveyed to <br /> Bruce Ray recorded in Volume 260, Page 84 of the Deed <br /> Records of said County, and more particularly described <br /> as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the point of <br /> intersection of the South line of Center Street going <br /> East and the East line of the Street going South, being <br /> the Northwest corner of said 25 acre tract and the <br /> Northwest corner c,f said Lot 7; <br /> THENCE North, 891 21' 30" East a distance of <br /> 324.89 feet to an iron rod set in the North boundary <br /> line of said 25 acre tract, the South line of said <br /> Center Street, and the North line of said Lot 7; <br /> THENCE South, 1° 42' 00" West a distance of 392.92 <br /> feet to an iron rod set in the North boundary line of <br /> Highway Loop 286 Northeast; <br /> THENCE North, 731 19' 00" West a distance of <br /> 136.43 feet to an iron rod set in the North boundary <br /> line of said highway; <br /> THENCE North, 541 51' 00" West a distance of <br /> 210.70 feet to an iron rod set in the North boundary <br /> line of said highway; <br /> THENCE South, 891 15' 00" West a distance of 10.62 <br /> feet to an iran rod set at the intersection of the <br /> North boundary lirie of said highway and the East line <br /> of said Center Street; <br /> THENCE North, 01 04' 00" East a distance of 228.79 <br /> feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING containing 2.373 acres <br /> of land. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of <br /> the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the <br /> Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, <br /> and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinaiices ancl parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
