ORDINANCE N0. 91- 054 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING URDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) ON LOT 25, CITY BLOCK 296, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO WILLIAM DAVID THOMAS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES UF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY GF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 25, CITY BLOCK 296, on property belonging to WILLIAM DAVID THOMAS, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently ciesignated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 25, City Block 296 in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the West boundary line of 35th Street N.E., said point being 92.5 feet South of the South boundary line of Pine Mill Road, said point being the Northeast corner of Lot 25, City Block 296; THENCE South with the West boundary line of 35th Street N.E. a distance of 90 feet to a point; said point being the Southeast corner of said Lot 25; THENCE West a distance of 140 feet to a point;, said point being the Southwest corner of said Lot 25; THENCE North a distance of 90 feet to a point; said point being the Northwest corner of said Lot 25; THENCE East a distance of 140 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director ot Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. AIl ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
