ORDINANCE N0.91-058 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING SUBPARAGRAPH. (C) OF SECTION 23-29 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR HUNTING DISTRICTS TO CONFORM TO THE OFFICIAL FIRST AMENDED LAKE CROOK HUNTING DISTRICT MAP ADOPTED DECEMBER 9, 1991; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $500.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1, 1992. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That subparagraph (c) of Section 23-29 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so that such shall read as follows: "Sec. 23-29. Hunting or discharging firearms at Lake Craok. "(c) The boundaries of the hunting area districts are established in accordance with the "Official First Amended Lake Crook Hunting District Map", adopted by Resolution No. 91-118 dated December 9, 1991. The districts established are restricted as follows: (2) Districts l, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are restricted to hunting with bows and arrows only. ' Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $500.00, and each and every day's continuance of ar►y violation of the above er►umerated section shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. 5ection 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conf.lict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Sectiori 4. This ordinance shall become effective on January 1, 1992.
